Rumor: Super Street Fighter IV to be released in arcades before Console???

In a bit of a shocking rumor, the staff of Arcadeinfinity (the famous arcade place known to host some the best sf4 tournament) have posted, through their twitter account, the following statement:
“ Super Street Fighter 4 upgrade coming to arcades, at least before the console release.”
Could this really happen? the first rumor that had the leaked ssf4 details stated an arcade release before console, however capcom still says that they haven’t even decided if they will release an arcade version or not. Could this be the big announcement that Shizowa promised to make next friday ?
What do you guys think?

Who cares about the Arcade! I don’t live in Japan, New York or California! That just means a huge, unfair, headstart for certain players.

Let hope they don’t mean that they will put a PS3 or Xbox360 in to their arcade cabinets and claim they are arcade release. I know many arcade in China do that.
