Ono will make several announcements tomorrow

ComicCon 2010 is underway, and Capcom is having a huge presence in this year’s event, by having a dedicated Street Fighter panel scheduled for tomorrow, in which, Ono san will apparently speak about the future of the Street Fighter series.
According to his recent tweets, Ono san will aalso nnounce a brand new game, and some new surprises.
This is what Ono san said through his twitter account: ” I’ve been hearing of many rumours brewing up this week.Having said that, I have been tweeting to say I will announce something new. I don’t know if this ’something’ is what the rumour says or what you had in mind. I’m only sure of one thing. We will not disappoint. Be at San Diego Comic-con Room 25 ABC on Saturday at noon. I’m not only announcing one new ’something’ Nor just two. But I would like to talk about a few of our recent endeavours. You are free to record, video, photograph and everything else to capture this moment. I hope that would help you all to discuss about it. See you all at noon on Saturday, Room 25 ABC. Good night!!”
Seems like some big news are coming our way tomorrow. and since these announcements will be made during the Street Fighter comic panel, expect all of them to be SF related. Could the capcom vs namco rumor be true? is this the rumored ssf4 characters dlc? is it Street Fighter Alpha 4? maybe 3rd strike hd remix? Time will tell!

I gotta say if both Developers put there minds to it….making 2 games both with specs from the respective series…..i think it could be done….add a few projectiles to Kazuya….take a little flash away from Ken….both games could be solid….instead of focusing on what could go wrong how bout realizing as of late Capcom has been doing an amazing job of getting my money…SF4, SSF4, MARVEL VS CAPCOM 3!? ISN’T ENOUGH FOR YOU PEOPLE!?….now more?! be thankful for the Capcom we have….I know I am…..and I wait for KING ONO’S NEXT RELEASE MAY HE REIGN KING FOR A LONG TIME UNTIL SOMEONE BETTER TAKES OVER!!! WOOOOOO!!!!!!

@Matt: I hear what you’re saying, but I just think a new Darkstalkers would be nice or something like SF 5, but I just don’t feel too comfortable about this Tekken idea. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a huge capcom fan. I just don’t like the Tekken rumor that has been getting thrown around.

@Andre Dee: I too understand the fears of having 2 fighting games based on two EXTREMELY different play styles in a VS. Series…..but Ono said he’s sure we are gonna wanna buy this….so I have faith…

well he also announce that video games, especially fighting games, are the healthy alternative to reading books and freeing your imagination?

i have a feelin that this wont work all this tekken vs capcom sounds disastrous but on the other hand jin and kazuya’s moves sets could be like iori and kyo and saying that they wudnt need fireballs 2be dangerous characters.
