The recently announced Street Fighter IV complete work artbook has found its way to ebay through the great ego-trip from the excellent www.jap-sai.com

Not only do we get this book  shipped worldwide but ego has uploaded the first inside pictures from the book and, boy, do they look fantastic:

The book has every piece of art that was done for both SF4 and SSF4, from character arts, stages, endings to alt costumes and unused boxarts.

The book runs for 40 british pounds which translated to $60.

The SF4 second national tournament finals were held in Japan this past Sunday. The massive tournament ended with the victory of team momochi which consists of Momochi(akuma), Kindevu(Rufus) and RF(Sagat). The tournamnt was a 3 vs 3 single elimination battle.

During the event, Capcom screened to a few press attendees the Super Street Fighter IV anime movie that will be included with the Xbox360 version in Japan and which focuses on the Juri character.

At the end of the tournament Ono san made his promised attendence and announced for the first time the Arcade verison of Super Street Fighter IV that will be released “soon”.

The ipod version of Street Fighter IV has been released on the apple store, and to my surprise it is already ranked as #1on the top grossing app list. I hope this will give capcom an incentive to release SSF4 on the psp.

SF4 iphone offers 8 playable characters, an arcade mode, 2p mode and a training mode dubber the “dojo”. SF4 costs $9.99 on the apple store and is compatible with the iphone and the ipod touch.

Lesson learned? Do not underestimate the second coming of Street Fighter!

– National Tournament will be streamed live through Nico Nico video.

– The final spot in the national tournament was reserved for the winner of the last tournament - in other words, Iyo. Iyo has a team picked but who they are aren’t revealed yet.

– There will be a special update next Thursday 3/11, and the official site will update as well.

She closes the blog with “Well then, everyone oil up and let’s meet again on Thursday!”

With a very unexpected move, Capcom has confirmed that Street Fighter 4 is headed to Aple’s iphone very soon.

The game will use, of course, in screen controls. At this moment, only Ken and Ryu has been confirmed.

While this is cool, i would rather play SF4 on a psp than iphone. anyone else with me?
