Off Topic: Playstation 4 Launch date edition back in stock with games

Just a quick head’s up for you guys:

After been sold out mere hours after its announcement, it seems that the launch edition of the highly anticipated Sony Playstation 4 is back in stock on Amazon. Below are the bundles that are still available for pre-orders with a guaranteed launch date delivery available.

PS4 + Killzone + 1 Yr Playstation Plus subscription

PS4 + Battlefield 4 + 1 Yr Playstation Plus subscription

PS4 + Knack

And finally the irresistible bundle PS4 console with the amazingly looking Watchdog

If the 2006 PS3 can be taken as a reference i expect these bundles to sold out within few hours, much like the launch date standard console that sold out mere hours after the E3 announcement.

Gamespot Killer Instinct Play sessions answers some questions

If you are worried about the Free to play aspect of the upcoming Killer Instinct you will be pleased to know that the game developers have made clear, in the video above, that players can purchase the full game if they want and not have to worry about paying for each character. Those who are only  interested in couple characters can purchase these characters alone and don’t have to spend the full price (Which has yet to be revealed).

The devs also made it sound that they are not implementing finishing moves (Killer Instinct’s version of Fatalities) but are open to suggestions and requests from the community.

With all the (deserved) negativity surrounding Xbox One, i must say that Killer Instinct is one of the very few things that Microsoft is getting right. But is it enough to consider shelling $499 for the console? Let us know what you think in the comments section.

Check out this awesome Killer Instinct Video featuring Jago

For those of you who are unfamiliar with this 90′s franchise, Jago is a Tibetan warrior and the hero of the game. He plays a bit similar to Ryu and Ken (fireball, dp, and a flying kick, all with the same motions SF has).

Look out for more Killer Instinct news in the coming days.

Blazblue is getting an Anime Series adaptation

blazblue anime closer look

Arcsystem’s beloved fighting game series, blzablue, is getting an Anime series adaptation. The news comes from  the Blazblue light novel series that was secured by SGCafe.

Arcsystem works are scheduled to announce “something new” tomorrow Sunda May 19th at 8pm Japan Time. Will they reveal more details about the anime ? Time will tell. But in the mean time i keep wondering why we did not get such treatment for the revival of Street Fighter with SF4 and SSF4. Both Ono san and Shizowa San alluded to an anime series being in the works, but it seemed that plans fell through.

Are you excited about an anime series revolving around the Blazblue fighting franchise?
