Blazblue is getting an Anime Series adaptation

Arcsystem’s beloved fighting game series, blzablue, is getting an Anime series adaptation. The news comes from the Blazblue light novel series that was secured by SGCafe.
Arcsystem works are scheduled to announce “something new” tomorrow Sunda May 19th at 8pm Japan Time. Will they reveal more details about the anime ? Time will tell. But in the mean time i keep wondering why we did not get such treatment for the revival of Street Fighter with SF4 and SSF4. Both Ono san and Shizowa San alluded to an anime series being in the works, but it seemed that plans fell through.
Are you excited about an anime series revolving around the Blazblue fighting franchise?
